Billy Wayne Jackson has been practicing law in Cullman County since 1975, offering over five decades of legal experience across a wide range of practice areas. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law (JD, 1975), he is a founding member of Jackson & Williams, one of Cullman’s most established firms.
Billy’s career includes service as a Special Agent for the FBI (1975–1978) and Prosecutor for the City of Cullman (1981–1985). He is known for his strategic counsel, deep community ties, and commitment to ethical representation. His firm is located in a historic building adjacent to the Hubert Richter Memorial Chapel and the Busy Bee Café.
